We want to make it easy. Return or exchange your BirkenstockCentral.com items by mail.

No authorization from customer service is required.

Returns
Your satisfaction is our success, so every item we sell comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you decide that your new or unused item is not going to work out, you have up to 90 days to return your purchase.  We will arrange for an an exchange if desired or a refund for the full purchase price. 

Exchanges
To exchange your item for something else, it is best to return your item for a full refund and place a new order through our website. That way you get your new item quickly and don't risk it selling out.  As always, feel free to give us a call to arrange your exchange or if have any questions.

I really like the Birks. They are comfortable and available (on this site only) in size 42. I have seen them offered in other locations, including on TV, but never in a size above 41. I wear a size 12 shoe, why not offer it more widely? I do love Birkenstock Central, they ship my orders promptly and there have been no problems. You can walk in a pair of Birks for a long time and be really comfy! Thanks!

I admit it,I was a hold out! I wasn't sure about the boxy look, and the pair I tried on in the store didn't feel very comfortable. I am a Hairdresser of 22 years, so I really need comfortable shoes! I keep noticing customers of all ages wearing Birkenstocks and raving about their comfort. My 11 year old daughter got a pair of the Boston clogs. She says they are her favorite shoes and the most comfortable. So I decided to give Birkenstocks another more serious try. I ordered a pair of sandals, went through the recommended break in period and now I'm hooked! I now have 3 pair sandals and I'm going to buy,You guessed it a pair of (boxy) clogs.
