Ordering Information
Ordering online is safe, easy and convenient (24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Once you have decided upon a product or products, simply click on the "buy now" button. When you are through shopping, fill out all billing and shipping information and then submit your form.
Sales Tax
Orders placed that are billed to or shipped to Connecticut will be charged the applicable sales tax.
Shipping Information
We use a variety of carriers to get your order to you when YOU want it including UPS and the US Postal Service. At check out just let us know when you want your order and we will take care of the rest.
We are currently offering free standard shipping for all orders of $50 or greater. All orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate fee of $4.95 for standard delivery. Valid for the 48 contiguous states only.
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and US territories will require an additional $10.50 per order.
International Shipping
We have partnered with MyUS.com to offer convenient, fast international shipping to more than 225 countries for our customers. MyUS.com members receive deeply discounted shipping rates, exceptional customer service, 24/7 online access to their account, and access to other services.
Sign up with MyUS.com and receive your own U.S. street address to receive merchandise. MyUS.com provides specialized international package forwarding services from your new U.S. address to your international address.

Our Guarantee
We guarantee your foot comfort and satisfaction 100%. If you are not completely happy with any product you purchase from Birkenstock Central, return it within 90 days from the date we ship and we’ll exchange or refund your money. Products must be unworn and returned in the original box. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges by mail
When you use our label, Exchange postage is always FREE!* . Fill out the exchange portion of your RETURN FORM and drop your exchange in the mail, or give to a UPS driver or UPS Store. Once we receive your return we will ship in-stock requested items at once. If the requested item is not in-stock we will refund your credit card and re-charge it when we ship. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
Exchange by phone
In a hurry? Then just place a new order by calling 1-877-855-9064 or place a new order online now. We will charge your credit card for the new items ordered plus shipping and handling (if applicable). When we receive your return, we will credit your credit card for the items returned. Make sure that you check off "Already placed new order" and enter the order number if you have it.
