Our Customer Service
Request system organizes and greatly reduces response time for customer
service questions.
A new Customer Service
Request can be obtained one of 2 ways.
1. (Recommended Option)
Submit a Customer
Service Request from this Service Center.
2. Send an email
to
customerservice@thepsnegroup.com
. Please include your name as well as any other information
that will help us expedite your request. Such as: Order number,
Invoice number, etc.
Once a Customer Service
Request has been opened, you will be sent and email containing your
Customer Service Request number and a few other bits of information.
All replies will be sent to the email address entered. If you need
to reply back to the email, make sure you leave the Customer Service
Request number in the subject of the email, and please refrain from
quoting the email message. |
