My first "spring/summer/fall" pair of sporty-looking loafers. Super comfortable, with or without socks.

Comments about Birkis Classic Skipper Rustic Dark Brown Leather:
I have many pairs of Birkenstocks and this is the first pair I have not been happy with. I have back problems and cannot bend down to put on shoes. I am not able to slip my foot into there shoes easily, it's like there isn't enough room. It seems like the toe part isn't high enough.

What Our Customers Are Saying...
I had bilateral bunion surgery in the early 90's, the doctor didn't do a very good job, consequently I could not wear regular shoes following. I found Birkenstocks through a local shoe repair shop and bought my first pair of Arizona stle sandals. Since then I have purchased a total of 14 more pairs. I have several different styles, many different colors, and one of each of the footbed styles. I wear nothing else. I even wear the Boston clogs as slippers. I could not live without my Birks.

What Our Customers Are Saying...
Since discovering Birkenstocks, I find myself gradually throwing out all the non Birkenstock shoes in my closet because I never wear any of them anymore. My fashion conscious son who just started college refused to let me buy him Birkenstocks for college but I sent for the new style Santarem in indigo and stone despite his objections, and these shoes are so comfortable plus stylish that he changed his mind and has been wearing them almost exclusively since he left home. It has been a challenge for me to figure out exactly which footbed is the most comfortable of all for my own feet, but now that I seem to have finally figured this out, my feet are happy and I am, too.
