I have heel spurs and another type of foot problem that is genetic, both of these are painful conditions. I have spent many dollars on visits to podiatrists and devices to wear in my shoes that were supposed to help, they didn't. I even had injections in my heel and if you haven't experienced this, DON'T. The pain was unbelievable and I am no wimp folks. I discovered Birkenstocks somehow and I have a closet full of them. I haven't made a trip to the podiatrist in years and I haven't seen the orthotics in a long time either. Need I say more?
